Merrill Lynch account Intinc has a share balance which shows up on report as balance

Quicken Windows R53.16 27.1.53.16

One Intinc transaction has 7.07 in the shares column. Old ones do not.

This account has no money in it, but a report on all account balances show the 7.07 as the balance for this account.

I tried editing the transaction, but does not have anything to delete in the transaction.

I even tried deleting and readding but it comes back

I need to fix so I can close this account.

Hello @Sunshine1,

To troubleshoot this issue, since it still sees securities worth $7.07, the first thing I would suggest is backup your Quicken file, then try doing a Sell transaction to zero the account out.
