R53.26 - disconnected account now showing huge messed up balance (edit)

Updated to R53.26 today - now an account that was disconnected from online updates and had a zero balance is now showing in the account overview screen with a $3981692381686.36 balance and the account details when clicked on actually show a negative balance now.

This was a zero balance account to be permanently closed in my Quicken files after tax season. It is not connected to its corresponding bank anymore.

NO idea how to fix this as now my banking and net worth totals are wrong as well

Something similar happened on one of my accounts but the balance was still zero as expected on the reports views.

However, I had to revert back using the manual patch update to the Nov 2023 version prior. Posted this as a new issue - Release R53.26 (US Versions, December 2023) - Causing previously closed positions to show as open

Does reverting back to the previous version of Quicken, as @rxrodrigues suggests, correct the issue? This article provides the instructions and links to previous patches.
