    New problem: I've also been using Quicken for years to track my Vanguard transactions. Up until recently, downloads from Vanguard have always worked, but on Friday (Dec. 8) I get this message that they don't recognize! my Vanguard accounts (see attached).

    Hello @jmsbes,

    To troubleshoot that issue, I recommend following the steps in this article on error code OL-304. Generally this error happens if there has been a change to the accounts on the financial institution side. Have there been any recent changes, or have you had to change your login credentials with the financial institution? If you haven't done so already, logging into the financial institution website directly will allow you to see if there are any alerts or messages on the financial institution side.
