When I try to do a manual download of a single credit card, I get this message: The account you selected cannot contain the data you have downloaded. Please select a different account. Error (OL-362-A) (OL-362-B). No matter which account I download, I get the same message. Bank of America cannot figure the problem and so far, Quicken has not been able to figure it out either.

To clarify, your Bank of America accounts are not set up for online downloads? What do you see when you navigate to Tools > Account List?
