Where you do a transfer from one account to another and it does not record in the other account how can you proceed?

Are you manually typing in the transfer or downloading it? What category is on the first account? It should be the name of the other account in square brackets like [Savings]. Or you can add a Transfer column to the register.
What is the name of the account that the transaction is in?
What is in the category field of that transaction?
I am manually typing it in, when I go to save the transaction it does not match with the same number in the other account.
