E trade accounts since merger

Ever since Etrade merged with Morgan Stanley the downloads are not coming through correctly at all. What is up with that? Do I have to start a whole new account or what?

    Would you mind providing more information? Are you receiving any error codes or messages? Are transactions downloading but showing incorrect information? Are transactions not downloading? How long has this issue been occurring?
