Do I really need to pay full price to upgrade from Premier to Biz & Personal ?

Hey all,

I've been using Classic Premier since July of 2023 and paid about $84 for the year. I want to upgrade to Business & Personal now, but it wants me to pay $120. Doesn't look like there is a credit from my current Premier subscription and doesn't seem fair that I'd have to pay full price for Biz & Personal.

Any chance someone could shed some light on this?

Thank you!

When upgrading, the remaining amount of time on the current subscription get prorated and and that prorated amount then gets added to the 12 months of the upgraded subscription. So you should get more than 12 months of upgraded subscription time, instead of just the 12 months. The prorated amount of time remaining on your current subscription is not used to reduce the cost for upgrading for 12 months. Thank you both! I appreciate it. I did speak with support - once I upgrade I'll have about 18 months instead of just 12. So they make us pay full price but then give us the remaining time on our last subscription at the new tier.
