Getting CC-501 syncing to Deseret First Credit Union

This stopped about a week ago, last updated transaction was 12/5. Ran the reset process, which removed the connection configuration, and now can't get it to set up again. I have tried repeatedly for the past week, getting only the CC-501 error. All other banks work. No firewall changes since it worked. There has been one update to Quicken, roughly the same time frame.

    When Quicken is unable to connect to your bank account for recent transaction information, you’ll receive a message with a CC-501 error in the program. This is usually caused on the bank’s end — Quicken is blocked from connecting to the account. You can read more information here.
