I'm trying to deactivate an account (Pentagon Federal) Quicken won't let me.

I'm trying to deactivate a credit card account with Pentagon Federal. Quicken won't let me deactivate the account because it says I have downloaded transactions which have not been accepted. However, I do not show any downloaded transactions that have not been accepted and the account is reconciled correctly.

Hello @davidreeves,
First, I suggest you try turning off the Auto-Entry setting and see if doing so will then allow you to deactivate the account.
You can find the Auto-Entry setting in the Online Services tab (right-click account name > Edit/Delete account > Online Services > Auto-Entry: Off/On). After you reactivate, you can switch this setting back to your original preference. Once you've changed this setting, go ahead and try deactivating the account.
Let us know how it goes!
