Unable to download from multiple financial institutions

    I too have been unable to download transactions from multiple institutions, including Chase, Citi, Ally. This started last week for me.
    Tried to add a new American Express Account, I log in To Amex - authorize and when I get taken back to Quicken, I am provided with an error - no error number though.

    Hello @olessia,

    To assist with this, could you please provide more information? What error message are you seeing? Is that error message happening only for American Express? Are you seeing any error messages/error codes with the other financial institutions? If not, could you please provide more detail about what happens when you try to update those accounts (for instance, do they show selected on the One Step Update Settings screen, and in the Summary screen, it acts like all is good and shows 0 transactions)?
