Update downloads never accurate
I bank with Chase, just for convenience and proximity sakes.
Quicken downloads for my Chase accounts have never been accurate, in all the years of being able to sync to Quicken. Grossly inaccurate data, why is that, Quicken?

Would you mind providing more information? Are you receiving any error codes or messages? Are you missing transactions when downloading? Are the downloaded transactions producing incorrect information?

Same here. My chase account was downloading to my quicken account all year. Last update was 11/30/23. I've tried everything…..deactivate, even delete account. Made it worse. Luckily I have a backup. No matter what I try, it still won't download any chase charges past 11/30/23.
Frustrating. Guess I'll need to manually input data to finish tax year.
