Same issue here, Since June 2023 with citibank (Home Deport card), now with 5/3rd Bank. Spent an hour with two overseas "support," no help. Quicken needs to fix it!
By the way, the two Quicken reps I was working had terrible bedside manners…

I reviewed your interaction with Support. It sounds like the Citibank issue has been going on for quite a while. Near the beginning of the call, it sounded like you said any credit card account you try to connect, regardless of which financial institution it's with, gives you the same error. Is that correct? If so, when did that issue start? If not, then could you please provide more details exactly what is happening and which financial institutions are affected by this issue?
