Unable to pay for Quicken Classic or Simplifi in UK

Hi I’ve been a long-term user of Quicken loaded from a disk (most recently Quicken Deluxe 2011), living in the UK. I’m unable to load it to my new Windows 11 laptop for some reason. I tried to buy one of the new versions of Quicken off the website but can’t get past the payment screen, either using card or PayPal info. Any suggestions?

Hello @Hugh S,

Quicken is made to be utilized in Canada and the United States, it has been known to cause issues when used outside of these territories.

If you are attempting to purchase a subscription, some users have been able to work around this issue by using a United States Embassy address (or something of the sort) in order to complete the purchase.
