PayPal Download Issues

PayPal downloads issue are back except this time its sending the 'fee charged' and it is not sending the 'Bill to" info.

Example: Customer was billed $125 and the PayPal fee charged is -$4.35.

What I get after the Quicken Download is the 'fee charged -4.35' and I do not get the 'billed to $125"

Is anyone else having this problem?

I notice this problem within the last week and I think I have done a least one Quicken updates!

I also got an email from PayPal recently that they are changing the "Reports". but not significantly the downloads to Quicken were mention in the email.
