Can't sign-in to Fidelity NetBenefits

Trying to create a Fidelity NetBenefits account, put my username and password, Quicken try to connect to Fidelity but always get the error "Did you mistype your sign-in info ? Please re-enter your credentials". I can sign-in no problems on Fidelity NetBenefits Web site with the same credentials

    Hello @FrancoisB,

    To troubleshoot this issue, I checked for the error code on the server side. It was showing an OFX 15500 error. If you haven't done so already, please follow the steps in this article to try to resolve the issue.

    That didn't solve the problem. The first set of instructions is when the account IS created but that was not the case. I still tried to create it but same problem. I already had two "Fidelity Investments" accounts and didn't delete those two accounts because the issue is when I try to create a "Fidelity NetBenefits" account. Do you think I should delete those two accounts and give it a try ?
