Principal.com 401k not working?

Quicken Mac Subscription Member ✭✭
I have had my 401k with Principal Financial connected to Quicken for the last few years with relatively no issues (the feed did not bring in transaction details but updated the portfolio correctly). Well, this stopped a few weeks ago.. I've tried to relink, use a different link, google it.. no luck.. anyone else?

Are you receiving any error codes or messages? What is the connection method? You can see the connection method by navigating to Settings > Downloads > Connection Type.
