Error when connecting to serve.com

Hello,
I am receiving the Care Code CDP-155 code when trying to connect to American Express Serve(seve.com). How can I fix it?

Hello @JonAlex,
An FDP-155 error message will be presented when the financial institution is blocking access to their servers, preventing Quicken from retrieving data to download to your file. In some cases, this block is permanent. You may follow this link for more information.
