I am having trouble direct connecting to Mountain America C.U.

Hi. I'm having a hard time on Quicken Desktop adding a second MACU Direct Connect account to my Quicken Windows. It adds the first Mountain America Credit Union account just fine, but then when I enter the account number and password to add another account, the pop-up window disappears with no message. It is quite bizarre.
I called MACU customer support, but they were clueless and told me to contact Intuit.

To clarify before proceeding, these accounts are with different usernames/passwords? How long has this issue been occurring?
