Hung up on by Quicken Support

I have a small licensing issue. Called support today. Agent kept telling me what I said my issue was which was not what I had said. Did not know eneough to really help and wanted me to screen share for a license issue. Totally not needed. I gave her my license number and she hung up on me.
This is why I try to avoid calling Quicken support. Luck ot the draw to get a great agent and as rare as that Royal Flush. in my experience, of course. I do boil when hung up on.

Hi Jasmine. I was not given a ticket number, unfortunately. She mentioned she was creating one, but never shared it. Maybe there is a note on my account.
