Delete cloud accounts that show up on the web but not in desktop application

Hi,

I have a number of cloud accounts associated with my ID that show up on the web but not in the desktop application - I count 14. More specifically if I login in to the web, navigate to Profile→See all Finances I will see 14 accounts/items. In the desktop application if I navigate to edit→preferences→quicken id and cloud accounts I only see the file that currently loaded. How do I delete all that old data on quicken cloud?

    Based on the issue you described, it would be better suited for you to please reach out to Quicken Support directly by phone or chat for further assistance as this issue will likely require an escalation if they see fit.

    Keep in mind that our escalation team is closed on weekends, so we advise waiting until Tuesday as we are also closed on Monday in observance of to New Year's Day.
