Cannot enter password with VPN active in Quicken or Online Support Community
Running latest Quicken Classic Premier (R53.32) on Windows 11, most current updates installed.
When I have my Private Internet Access VPN active, I see a blank dialog box for Quicken, and a blank screen in the web Support Community whenever I attempt to enter my validation credentials. Disabling the VPN restores normal operation. This all worked fine a couple of weeks ago.

From what you describe, it seems like you already isolated the issue as being from the VPN. It is possible that an update is causing the VPN to not work as well with the program and certain websites as it used to. Have you reached out to the VPN's customer service about this?
