Downloaded transactions for an account I no longer have access to

I made a copy of my file to address a previous issue. Now I realized that I have transactions in a custodial investment account that I no longer have access to as it is not a custodial account anymore and is closed. I tried going to the online center but I can't see the transactions there. But the red flag is still there indicating downloaded transactions.
