Quicken online

Trying to add accounts and get the message "Quicken online not available". Windows user. Has not worked since I downloaded it. Called customer support and was told this was down and there was no date for fixing the issue. I reinstalled the software. Same issue except I got another charge on my card that was twice as much as th original cost.

    "got another charge"??? Does that mean that you bought the software a 2nd time?

    You only stated that you reinstalled … which isn't a 2nd purchase.

    I don't think I've ever heard of anyone getting charge for simply reinstalling Quicken. If you actually got charged, again, it does sound like you purchased it a 2nd time. In that case you need to contact Quicken Support and explain the situation and tell them you want a full refund for the 2nd charge. They should promptly comply with that request….especially since there is a 30-days no questions asked full refund policy.
