TIAA and Huntington Investments

I've spend two hours now trying to understand why both my TIAA accounts and Huntington investment accounts seem to be identifiable when I add them as new accounts (account number shows) but the balance showed is zero or may $1. This is frustrating. It seems that other people have the issue. What is going on?

    Hello @garetth,

    To assist with this issue, please provide more information. There are a few different connection options for TIAA and Huntington. Which connections are you using? Are you connected using Quicken Connect or Direct Connect? You can check by first clicking on the account to select it, then going to Accounts>Settings and choosing the Downloads tab.

    You would also want to go to the Details tab and verify that it's set to Detailed tracking.
