setting up new budget does not reflect lasst year's actuals

I set up a new budget allowing Quicken to use last year's actuals but the numbers in Quicken created budget sdoe not reflect the actual exoenses by month from last year. In fact the totals do not meatch up for the end of the year either from last year actuals. What's wrong?

To assist with this issue, please provide more information. Is it using the budgeted values instead of the actuals (from the previous year)? If not, what is it doing?

Once the budget for this year is created/carried forward, your options to correct wrong values would be either manually correcting the budget or restoring a backup from before the budget was carried forward and, selecting that you want to use the actuals, and verifying that it does it correctly this time.
