RBC Wealth Management connection
How can I re-establish my "Direct Connect" link to my accounts at RBC Wealth Management? (After downloads failed for over a week, I tried to deactivate/reactivate the accounts. But that created an "Express Web Connect" link which does not download the actual transactions. I can't find a way to specify Direct Connect when re-activating.) I am using Quicken Classic Premier on Windows 11.

I don't know where you got your screen shots. When I try to connect, I do not get this option. I see
Only the third and the last options do not reject my uid/pw. Neither one tells me the type of connection they will use. I had been trying to link using the third one. I tried the last one for one of my accounts and it appears to work properly. The headings on you screen shots gave me a hint.
Thank you for the help. I remain puzzled as to why my Quicken does not clearly reveal the choice of connection method.
