OneAmerica 401k showing 0 balance

Quicken Mac Subscription Member
I have succesfully connected my OneAmerica 401k account in Quicken for MAC 2024. However it shows a 0 balance. It is connected as direct connection. Why doesn’t it show the balance?

Hello @thepopguy,
The first thing I would recommend is that you check to make sure investment tracking is set to Detailed. To check this, click on the account to select it, then go to Accounts>Settings. On the Details tab, there is an Investment Tracking Method section. If Detailed isn't selected, select it, then click Done.
