To assist with this issue, please provide more information. What kind of bill or income were these scheduled transactions for (for instance, mortgage payments, loan payments, paycheck reminders, etc)? What was altered in the scheduled transaction (for instance, changing categories, amount, adding/removing a split, etc)? When you say the splits were deleted, do you mean the transactions now act like they aren't split transactions at all, or do you mean that the splits are "there" but blank?

To recover the missing splits, unless there are few enough transactions where manually correcting is a viable solution, you will probably need to restore a backup from before this happened.
