TD Financial will not add to online billers

I previously had TD Financial listed in my online biller but somehow it disappeared. Now when I pick it from the list of billers to add back it does not connect and gives message that says you first need to connect to your bank account in quicken by pushing the plus sign in the right upper corner of the screen which is what I am doing but it never connects and keeps giving the message to click on the plus sign to add it which is what I am doing.

    Hello @nstevens,

    In order to look further into this, could you please provide the exact name of the Online Biller you are selecting from the Online Billers list? "TD Financial" does not seem to be listed when looking it up internally.

    TD Bank is on list. The real account is TD Auto Financial

    It used to be listed on my bill and income tab when I added it initially when I bought the vehicle but somehow it disappeared from the list and not I cant add it back. Dont remember if it was TD Bank or TD Auto Financial on the list when I first added it but it had been fine until last couple of months..

    TD auto finance does not show up on list of online billers but it must have in the past because I was able to add it to my list of online billers. The TD Bank on the list is not the right one.
