Optum Bank HSA - Login redirection failure

When I try to connect to Optum Bank HSA I get a multi-factor authentication error. I know they are using HealthConnect ID for the account, but how do I get it working. I did look at the other threads, but there is no mention of a solution, just that "It is working now."

Error:

An unexpected error occurred.

Care Code: FDP-102

Details:

FI_TIMEOUT

Retry. Login redirection failure.

    I hope this helps!
