INfo is not syncing with web- even though it says it is

My info on quikcen desktop does not receive the updates i put online. i have tries resetting password and ,ink- not working after miutliple tries

Would you mind providing more information? Is nothing syncing, meaning that you can see no information on the web version? Are there partial syncs? Do you have Cloud Sync turned on? Are you performing a sync function after putting information into the desktop application and then a sync again once accessing the web app? Are you receiving any error codes or messages?
