Online Account Updating (Q Mac)

I am not able to update my Bank of America accounts. I don't get an error message, it just continues to process without end. I've tried to deactivate, but the same thing happens - it just spins without end. Is there a known issue with BofA accounts? My other accounts seem to be working fine.

    Hello @bisonwing,

    To assist with this issue, I would recommend that you start by signing out of Quicken and back into Quicken again. This refreshes your authentication in Quicken, which can help when you're encountering an issue like this.

    To sign out of Quicken for Mac, go to the Quicken option at the very top, then select Sign out.

    Quicken will log you out, then bring you back to a login screen. Once you're logged back in, test to see if the issue persists.
