Mac user. 30+ years of quicken subscription. first time this has happened.
click onestepupdate.
process shows status bar.
finishes.
Update Summary states: 9 successful connections
18 accounts updated
0 (ZERO) new transactions downloaded
I have been unable to download any new transactions for any account since 1/9/24
Steps I've taken
logged out
logged in
reset connections
Nothing is working. Please help

Hello @SCW,
Are you receiving any error codes or messages? Did this issue begin to occur after a recent update? Are these accounts across multiple different financial institutions? If so, which ones?

no error messages as you can see from the summary screenshot.
Happened before current update and after current update.
9 different institutions across multiple accounts. Not stating them publicly.
Spoke with someone from tech support on Friday AM who absolutely couldn’t help me.
