Quicken Freezes during One Step
Fidelity Investments and Stock Quotes are the only accounts I can get to updated. If I add any other account the One Step freezes and I eventually have to go to task manager and end quicken. I have validated the file, super validated, Uninstalled quicken, and did all the upgrades. Still freezes. Very frustrating considering this is what you mainly pay for on the [Removed - Language] yearly membership fee. Please help? Thanks!

Hello @jlomshek1,
If you haven't already, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.
- Navigate to Edit
- Preferences...
- Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
- Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
- Follow the prompts to Sign Out
- Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password
Once that is done, see if the issue still continues to persist.
Hope this helps!

I'm having the same issue as of 1/19/24. Tried signing out as suggested here, but no help…
