Pentagon Federal Credit Union stopped syncing

When PFCU stopped syncing a couple months ago, I attempted to reset my connection. My online connection is no longer setup and I cannot set up my one step update. Each time I try I get the error message, "Quicken can't add this account because he PFCU website is temporarily unavailable.

Please try again in a few hours."

Does anyone have a solution to fixing this?
