Adding HSA from Wageworks

Hi… I'm trying out Quicken again (moved away for couple of years, and now trying again) and setting up my accounts. I have an HSA from Wageworks that I'm trying to add. When I set up my accounts, I can see my my two HSA accounts (one for savings and one for investments) and the current balances. When I confirm and setup the account and download transactions, my HSA Savings is correct, but my HSA investments has a $0 balance. I've read online that the HSA Investments need to be set up as an Investments - Other account, which I have done. But it still is not working. What do I need to do?

Are you receiving any error codes or messages? What is your connection method with WageWorks? You can see the connection method by navigating to Settings > Downloads > Connection Type.
