ONGOING! 2/3/24 Citi - Crashing while trying to migrate or add accounts

Options

Some users have reported that their Quicken crashes when attempting to migrate or add Citi accounts. Some users report that it occurs after clicking the reauthorize button or after going through the authorization process with Citi, when trying to link the accounts in Quicken.

If you encounter this issue, in your Quicken please report the issue by going to Help>Report a Problem, reference Ticket #10758715, describe the steps you did prior to the crash, and please include the log files (they should be pre-selected).

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
