Mac Quicken not downloading Bank of America checking account transactions

I"ve read MANY posts by people who are having problems downloading bank transactions into Quicken. My situation: credit card transactions (Chase card) are downloading fine, while none of my Bank of America checking transactions are downloading - even though which I click update Quicken seems to go through the steps and then says "download complete".

Wondering if Quicken is ever going to resolve this issue which seems to be affecting many users.

    Hello @irwinfayne,

    We do currently have an ongoing active alert regarding missing transactions with Bank of America which you can view here. The alert does contain some troubleshooting steps that you could attempt to resolve the issue.
