A Chase Visa account do not update "Last Download Date" on register

This has been a recurring problem since last October.

All of my accounts, except for this one Visa account does not have the "Last Download Date" update (even though all transactions on this account are downloaded and updated).

I have two separate family files… a Chase Visa account on one file is updated properly, but the other file does not have it updated.

I hope this can be resolved soon.

    How far behind is the "Last Download Date" compared to currently downloaded transactions? Are you receiving any error codes or messages?
