Quicken Classic Not Syncing

I have a data file named us2024 on my laptop that I sync everytime I download transactions. When I go to my phone,it shows my data file but without any synced accounts.

Are you receiving any error codes or messages? Are you sure that you are in the correct data file on your mobile application? Are you performing a sync function when opening your mobile application after syncing the desktop application?
