how do I delete an unknown account from Update?

I keep getting an error report from One Step Update to reauthorize ZZZ-paypal credit card. This account is not on my account list. How do I get rid of the error message?

Hello @Rick Wiley,

Please navigate to Tools > Account list and check the checkbox located on the bottom-left corner called Show hidden accounts. Then, see if the account in question is showing in the list. If so, click Edit on the account and navigate to the Online Services tab and click Deactivate.

Doing so should remove the account from your One Step Update.
