Update is updating balances but no transactions

I have looked back and tried the solutions of logging off and back in. Still no transactions. This just started as I have transactions from January 12th. I am running Quicken Classic Deluxe, Version 54.9 Build 27.1.54.9. I use Windows 11 HOme Version 22H2.

Are you receiving any error codes or messages? Is this issue occurring across multiple financial institutions? Which ones? What are the connection methods? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List.
