There Seems To Be A Blank Icon On Top Of The Add Account Screen

There is a blank rectangular area in the above form. It looks like a blank image or icon was added.
Unfortunately, right click / view source is not available. Any idea what is causing it?

    Hello @saberman,

    To troubleshoot this issue, could you please provide more information? Does this happen only with one financial institution, or does it happen no matter which financial institution you are trying to add/reconnect? When did you first notice the issue? Did the issue coincide with a program or system update?

    If you haven't done so already, restarting the program or the computer can help when you are getting unusual behavior like this.
