Hello @saberman,
To troubleshoot this issue, could you please provide more information? Does this happen only with one financial institution, or does it happen no matter which financial institution you are trying to add/reconnect? When did you first notice the issue? Did the issue coincide with a program or system update?
If you haven't done so already, restarting the program or the computer can help when you are getting unusual behavior like this.
