How do I regain access to the Beta Community?

I am a beta tester but my Quicken subscription expired a few days before I thought it would. I've renewed it, but I haven't regained access to the Beta Community. I can't post about this over there, obviously, and Quicken Support said I should ask the question here. Thanks.

    I am also a beta tester and I I was advised when I started as long as I am a beta tester my subscription is covered. now I am not receiving any updates and no longer in the beta group with no notification.
