Costco Citi card stopped updating transactions

My costco citi card has updated flawlessly and then last week it stopped adding any new transactions. I've reauthorized quicken on the Citi website and I've tried resetting and deactivating the account and nothing changes. Initially I received a 502 error message but that went away several days ago. I tried adding the card again to quicken and I get the same result: no new transactions after JANUARY 18, 2024.

    We do currently have an Active Alert regarding various financial institutions receiving a CC-502 error message. Although the error message disappeared several days ago, this could be contributing to the issue that you are experiencing. You may follow this link to access that alert where you may bookmark it for all future updates.
