I'm having this issue now. What is the solution to correct the problem?

Hello @RonGoBnB,
To assist with this issue, I can see in your screenshot that you're trying to connect via Direct Connect. To do that, you need to go through an authorization process on Wells Fargo's website also. Per the instructions in the error message, you would need to go to https://www.wellsfargo.com/fmssetup to authorize through Wells Fargo's website. Once you have that set up, it will usually give you 10 minutes to go through the connection process in Quicken to get your account connected.
