Reset cloud and change default browser

After two weeks of trying to log into CitiBank and getting nowhere with their two-factor text code errors, blank windows, and the like, I finally did two things that cured the problem.
1. I changed my default browser from Safari in preferences to Firefox, and
2. In Quicken reset the cloud which resulted in having to reenter all my passwords to all my accounts but which was pretty straightforward and went through easily.
I haven't switched back to Safari yet, but I'm pretty sure it will work now that I am authorized on the financial institution's end of things.
