When did Chugach Electric disappear from online billers?

So I was trying to resolve why pdfs of my bills from Chugach Electric stopped downloading a few motnhs ago. The bill amoutn and date would update, but the file for the bill itself would not download. I decided I would try to remove the biller and then re-add it. That was a mistake. It seems Chugach Electric no longer appears in the list of online billers, so now I can't add it back to at least get the bill amount updated every month anymore. Is there any way to get it back?
