Issue with Chase Sapphire Preferred transactions download

I have 3 Chase accounts, 2 of them have no issues with downloads, only Chase Sapphire Preferred, this started happening a few days ago and have not resolved itself today. CSP seems to only download the online balance but not the transactions, so there is a discrepancy, anyone else seeing this?

    Resetting the Quicken cloud connected services data resolved the issue.
