Mastercard transactions not importing to Quicken Classic for Mac

I am trying to import transactions I have downloaded from my BMO Mastercard, however none of the transactions will upload. I have done the exact same steps with my checking and savings accounts, and they have uploaded all the new transactions within seconds. The Mastercard transactions are posted (not pending).

I had this same issue a few days back, then yesterday I imported and it worked flawlessly. Today, we are back to the same issues.

Why wont the new Mastercard transactions (from the same bank account to the same quicken account) upload?

Which financial institution are you experiencing this issue with? Are you importing transactions via a QFX or performing automatic downloads? Are you receiving any error codes or messages?
